What a stunning house in the most gorgeous area ... Mhairi's house is a complete fairytale and was perfect for myself and 11 other friends to stay for the weekend. The house was clean, stylish, and warm with a huge patio and fabulous living / dining space. We were all desperate to move in - a real dream house. It is also close to a loch and lovely swimming spots which are a short walk away from the house. We'll be recommending this place to everyone and would love to return! Thank you Mhairi for all your advice and helping us have such a wonderful weekend together :)

Great stay! The location is super convenient—Tesco Express is just around the corner, a local shop is two minutes away, and there’s a lovely park nearby that’s perfect if you have pets.Anzelika is incredibly responsive, flexible, and friendly. She even offered us an extra hour to check out, and later extended it by another hour, even though we didn’t end up needing it. The home itself is very cozy, spacious, and well-equipped—you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. We even managed to park our SUV inside the property, which was a big plus. The overall vibe of the place is really welcoming. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Trail House. the cottage is perfectly located for walking and cycling in the glentress forest, and is walking distance to the local pub/restaurant. the house was perfectly set up for everything we needed, and Hayley was a super responsive and flexible host.

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

Drovers lodge was superb. Close to lovely cafés and restaurants and beautiful countryside. The cottage itself was fantastic, spotlessly clean with lots of individual touches that added to our stay such as toiletries and a welcome basket. Linda was a great host, really responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Rebecca’s cottage was perfect for our stay. As described: comfortable, clean and everything that we needed. It was important for us to find somewhere that was all on one level/flat and this cottage was great with rooms all off of one corridor. Rebecca is a superb host and always replied quickly with clear instructions and information. Highly recommended. I wish had been able to stay longer!

We had an amazing time in St Andrews and Janice’s place was perfect for 6 adults on a golf trip. It was spacious, clean and the best location. I would highly recommend it

A lovely home to stay in. Perfect location - we walked up West Lomond one morning and it's so nice to be able to set foot from the front door! The lazy spa was so nice too. And Sarah was an excellent host.

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

The apartment is really bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and kitchen are perfect. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Audrey explained everything very clearly to us when we arrived to drop off our luggage (the owners facilitated an early drop off before 4pm). In terms of improvements, the water boiler is quite noisy so if someone used the bathroom late, it could wake other guests. We would have appreciated shampoo in the bathroom - some of our party flew with hand luggage only with a small liquids allowance. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient for the EICC, a 10-15 minute walk. The welcome breakfast pack was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Napoli-themed Pizzeria 1926 with delicious pizzas!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was well kept and very homely. It was ideal for our family with everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Great walks for the dogs, both at the cottage and nearby (some recommended by the owner). As well as close to a number of child friendly locations and activities for our 7 year old. A large Tesco was nearby as well as some great restaurants. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed watching the garden birds, red squirrel, and local deer. The owner was very helpful, with quick responses, and all relevant information provided in advance. The only point we have to note was the limited water pressure for the shower. The owner did make us aware of this in advance of the visit. Although low pressure, it was also still sufficient, clean, and worked so we could have a shower. Thanks again to Ashley for all her support throughout and her beautiful holiday home.

Had such a lovely stay, lodge was very clean and the host was lovely and so helpful, we will definitely return and recommend to family and friends

Well appointed two bedroom,two bathroom apt. Large living room with huge new tv. Kitchen had everything needed. She had coffee and tea for her guests. Bus outside her place directly into center city evert 12-15 minutes. My adult children frequently walked. Samantha was very responsive on messages.

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Mary was fast to respond to any issues that arose, we were in her property for 2 months and anything which required attention was seen to quickly. the house is in one of the nicest parts of town, I'd generally quiet and comfortable.

Lovely place near the train station. ideal for easy commute to city centre. pub and coop within 10/15 mins walk, also on bus route if you that rather than train. house was clean and perfect for a few nights stay. responded quickly to messages, overall great Airbnb experience 👍

The house is beautiful and Dr. Bob a great host. There are a lot of books and Scottish music in the house, so you have lots indoors if you skip sightseeing on a rainy day in Perthshire. The location is great and so are the surroundings with river Tay flowing a short distance away. Dr. Bob was quick to respond when needed and his messages made us feel welcomed. We had great memories during the 5 nights stay. Thank you Dr. Bob.

Me, my husband and our 3 kids stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The house itself was beautiful, welcoming and we felt right at home. We were all together but still had plenty of space for the kids to chill on their own. The hot tub was amazing, we used it loads the whole weekend and the added bonus of having horses in the field right outside was a hit for the kids. Will definitely be back!!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Perth verbracht. Bei durchgehend traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir den fantastischen Garten genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick über Perth. Es war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die verschiedenen Highlights Schottlands zu erkunden. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Absolutely loved staying at Samantha’s place! One of the best I’ve stayed in. It was exactly what we hoped it would be a whole lot more. The lodge is amazing and the views are incredible. If you’re thinking about booking this place - do it, you won’t regret it! Will definitely return in the future.

Me and my 7 friends stayed at David’s place and it was spectacular! The spacious bedrooms, the gorgeous living room area, the closed terrace and the garden are to die for. The house was in pristine condition and the pantry was stocked with essentials. David was very fast to respond and even allowed a later checkout. The house is perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood and has many shops like M&S, Sainsbury’s, Starbucks and other food places near by. It is a 15 minute drive from the city and 20 minute drive from the airport. An amazing stay, could not recommend it moreZ

We had a great stay here over the Easter weekend. We live fairly nearby and wanted to try something different in a remote setting and we were not disappointed. The tiny house is stunning and is located in beautiful surriundings. The interior is modern and deceptively spacious. The village of Fintry is within walking distance (although the road has no path so take care) and other villages are a short drive away, so plenty to explore nearby. Our host welcomes us on arrival, was friendly and was proactive in reaching out to make sure we were ok. We had no issues during our stay, but am confident anything would have been resolved without issue. We loved our time here and are already looking forward to booking again in the near future. A great place to stay, Sarah was very responsive and the apartment itself was very comfortable and in a perfect location to the centre. The park next to the apartment was also wonderful for letting our dog her legs . I would recommend this location for anyone visiting Perth.
