Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

Spacious and serene studio flat in Shiplake Cross, minutes away from The Plough, Shiplake pub, as well as bus stop serving Henley-on-Thames/Reading, with services running from 6am til midnight, every 30 minutes. Ideal for Henley Regatta, Henley Festival, Rewind, Shiplake College etc. Kitchenette with hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer & sink. Tea/coffee & milk provided. Neat and comfy Studio can sleep up to 2 people. It’s Smoking Free, Pets Free and in very clean conditions, but you can smoke outside the Studio. You have your own en-suite, kitchen and access, NO need to share anything with anyone, totally privacy. It’s very close to the Uni, just cross the road, lovely neighbourhood, 10 minutes bus to Oracle centre. Common sense, communications and politeness are all I ask for.parking is complimentary if space is available.

The living space has a very comfortable corner sofa, dining table and spacious kitchen. There is Sky TV and WiFi. I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate hosting guests who are like minded and will look after my home. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. Very suitable for Royal Ascot (from Earley Station on the Waterloo line), Henley Royal Regatta (from Twyford station) and Reading Festival (both stations above).

Our country cottage is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or longer stay. It is minutes away from Henley on Thames, can sleep 5 people and has gated parking. It shares a beautiful, spacious garden with your hosts (who live next door) with a private, seated outdoor area. It’s rural and quiet enough to take advantage of beautiful walks nearby but equally, has a village shop, post office, local pub and restaurants within walking distance.
