Just moments from the shoreline, this stylish coastal retreat combines character, comfort and contemporary design, making it the perfect base for family holidays, coastal adventures and relaxing escapes on the South Devon coast. Throughout the cottage thoughtful design detail, bespoke joinery and marble finishes create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Situated on the beach, right on the South West coast path & opposite national nature reserve & freshwater lake (Slapton Ley) this house +hot tub is ideal for walkers, bird watchers, sea swimmers, wildlife lovers, AND it's dog friendly. Beautifully furnished, fully equipped and huge! The living room & open plan kitchen diner are very spacious indeed as the house is actually a 4 bed, but we list it as 2 bed to attract smaller groups out of season - choose which 2 bedrooms you want for your group!

As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Well equipped 'eat in' kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen and towels.

The Barns are situated opposite each other across the pretty cobbled courtyard. The Barns are made for entertaining and family get togethers. There is an oak beamed reception room and an enormous lounge. There is also a large gazebo perfect for alfresco dining. WEEKEND bookings can also be arranged. Please enquire.

A luxury, modernised home with spectacular sea views ideally placed for the South Hams. The main house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 king ensuites plus 1 king and 1 twin sharing a large luxury bathroom). There is a basement cinema, 2 lounges, dining room and laundry rooms. Above the large games room are 2 additional , ensuite, superking bedrooms ( without the sea views of the rest of the house.). The Lodge sleeps up to 14 in total, perfect to accommodate larger gatherings in comfort.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

"The Bothy" is a cosy loft room with ensuite. It is perfect for a short getaway for those who enjoy the outdoors. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.
