Welcome to our little house in Old North Durham. The 380 square foot studio guest house (open concept) sits behind our Bungalow in a centrally located historic neighborhood.; a 15-20 minute walk to Durham's vibrant Central Park District and a little further to downtown. Close by restaurants, music, movies and shows. Sleeps 2 comfortably on queen bed, and 2 additional on convertible couch from IKEA. Living area joins kitchen and is open to bedroom (see photos). Vaulted ceilings create openness.

The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.
