very peaceful location, the reverse cycle aircon and the electric blankets are great and makes the stay very comfortable. He also offers nice produces for breakfast; eggs, fruits, all kind of teas and coffees. And most importantly he is a very friendly host, was happy to show me his farm and introduce me to his lovely animals. they are so cute.

Rob was an amazing host to a beautiful property! We were blown away by the care taken to make the Airbnb a comfortable stay, and loved the recommendations Rob gave us that were within a walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

So happy we didn’t stay in Armidale and found Elmswood Uralla instead. Everything about Elmswood is relaxing . The cottage is cosy without feeling too small. You have all the appliances to make your stay comfortable and the breakfast items provided were above the norm. The garden was beautiful and the morning mist winding through the garden was lovely. Uralla is a lovely township but when she shows off her autumn colours Uralla glows . Thanks Rob , our Elmswood stay was relaxing , exactly what we were looking for . Would we stay here again , yes we would & you should too

Such a cosy little place—felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Everything was fresh and clean, and the electric blankets were such a hit with the family (especially the kids!). Loved the location. It was close to everything we needed for little trips out, but also tucked away with a beautiful hilltop outlook that made it feel peaceful and private. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making this place comfortable—extra blankets, books, board games, even a kitchen that actually has everything you need. So nice not having to wonder if there's a decent pan or enough cutlery (and everything was spotless). The personalised welcome on the splashback was such a warming touch, it really made us feel like guests, not just visitors. Honestly wondering if Nichole has other Airbnbs, because I’d happily plan future holidays around them. This one was that good!

Lovely little cottage overlooking a beautiful sprawling garden. Jacki is a great host and we had everything we needed. So nice to be out in the New England countryside, perfect remedy for a long year in the inner city.

Really enjoyed our stay at Alex and Andrew’s guesthouse. Beautiful gardens and accommodation. It is well located with only a short drive to shops and cafes. Very private and quiet. Thank you for having us.

Sally place was a delight, so pleasant inside and out. The rural surroundings were wonderful, with autumn colours in every direction - and an adjacent hillside seat under an old gum tree, providing an overview of the district and lovely sunrises and sunsets ...

absolutely loved our stay ..such a beautiful little cottage all you need is available ..was so worth it..can't wait to go again..our big well behaved dogs had a great time meeting the local animals felt right at home with the horses right out the back and the beautiful gardens ..Kylie was such a great host very responsive and resuring and so friendly felt like Iv known her forever ..such a great weekend for us both 10/10
