Great location tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, comfortable bed and clean facilities. I would definitely recommend.

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We loved our stay at this condo! The location couldn’t be beat. Walking out the back patio door to be right at the pool was perfect - especially with kids! The beach access was close and easy to get right onto the beach. The complex was quiet. Everything we needed was at the condo including beach chairs, pool towels, beach toys and baby items. We would definitely book this condo again when we return to Jacksonville Beach!

I could not be happier with my stay. Coastal Wave was very proactive in their communications and checking in on us to ensure all was as expected and in perfect working condition. I will definitely recommend and will stay with them again in the future.

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway to escape the cold. The Guest Cottage fit the bill in every way. Beach front, private, scenic, cozy, and warm accommodations. The condo was pristine and we all felt right at home. The beautiful sandy beach was an easy few steps from the unit. Lots of medium to small shells to be found. Will definitely be back!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Staying at Scott’s home at Jacksonville Beach exceeded my expectations. This place was a beautiful get-a-way …a private oasis by the beach, close enough to all the activities! The property was pristine, newly remodeled and had everything you’d ever need. It was absolutely perfect … and exceeded my expectations. Not only was the property wonderful but our host, Scott, had amazing communications skills, gave us great recommendations, gave us a “ heads up” a ferry he suggested was cancelled for the day, was cheerful and very flexible. We had an amazing long weekend here and couldn’t have been happier. Being right on the beach in such a clean environment is so peaceful. Thank you!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. This property (apt. # 241) was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing week vacation in warmer weather. The sunrises and views of the beach and ocean were beautiful. It was conveniently located wi a easy drive of other parts of the island and an easy walk to restaurants on the Omni campus. It was quiet and we found ourselves quickly falling into a routine of walking the beach every morning.

We loved our stay here! It was even better in person than in the pictures. Comfortable space, beautiful view, and so close to the beach. Great communication as well. We will definitely be back!

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Kent was an amazing host. He was very transparent from the beginning and was extremely responsive. We had an amazing time at his property with our fur babies. The house was very clean and had all the essentials and more you would want in a vacation rental. We were extremely pleased and would stay at Kent’s property again when we visit Jacksonville.

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

What made this place extra special was the beauty that surrounded us. Pelican point is located right on the water and we were able to catch a variety of fish and wildlife right from the Air B&B pier. We caught large black and red drums, river trout, catfish, even a porcupine fish and stingrays that were fun to see and throw back. The views amazing. The accommodations were just as described and comfortable. If you’re an angler interested in shore fishing this is a great spot. As well as up and down this coastal area. Close by this the Jacksonville zoo which was a fantastic zoo with a lot to see. We had a great visit, thank you!

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

Five stars. Gated beach country club insulated from everything, for a price that is normal for a ho-hum hotel room in a mediocre area. Fast professional service from Bridget. Stop reading. Book it now.
