Beautiful retreat on 4th floor nestled in Amelia Island Plantation. Golf and pool out the back and the beach is right across the street. Our 10 and 18 yo love it here. Condo was very clean and comfortable with all tools needed for cooking some meals.

We had a great stay with our family of five. Location was amazing, short walk to the beach. Pool was outdated and cold because mostly shady so didn't spend much time there but that didn't matter because the beach was perfect! Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was sooo convenient and quite a luxury! The condo is very spacious and immaculate. Would recommend without reservation!

We had a great stay! The kids really enjoyed being so close to the beach and the house had everything we needed. We had a few questions prior to arrival and the response rate was VERY quick! We would definitely stay here again :)

The kitchen had all modern appliances and really nice high quality eatery and glasses, better than you'd find in 95% of comparable accomodations. Also, they had beach chairs and beach towels you could use, and the place was stocked with paper towels, TP, and even some dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets so you didn't have to rush out and find a store right away for basic necessities. They thought of everything! Also the Moore Amelia Island folks were super responsive to anything we needed or had a question about, and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend!

Terry's house is fabulous! The outdoor space is amazing! The beds are extremely comfortable and th eplace feels very homey. Just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. This is definitely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice condo with hi-tech kitchen, beautiful views of the ocean and modern furnishings. It’s a great location. You’re close to the ocean and the pool. Great walking options on the trail system of the Omni resort and the beach. We would come back for sure. Marci was a great host!

Absolutely AMAZING stay! We booked this stunning country villa to celebrate my graduation from nursing school, and it was truly the PERFECT place to mark such a special accomplishment. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and immaculate the home was — every room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and filled with charm. Curtis’ villa had everything we could have asked for and more! The space was perfect for hosting a celebratory brunch with my family — we gathered in the gorgeous dining area, enjoyed the spacious kitchen, and relaxed in the lovely outdoor spaces. Every amenity we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and unforgettable. I cannot express enough how much we loved our time here. It was peaceful, luxurious, and honestly worth every penny. I’m already planning my next trip back because I can’t wait to experience it all over again. If you’re considering booking place, DO IT — you will not regret it.

Wonderful historic home and beautiful property. We had the pool heated for our entire stay to fully enjoy the tropical back yard which is every bit as good as in the photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avondale makes it quick to grab a bite to eat. The master has a lovely little veranda although the French doors and proximity to the street can let road noise in. The home is furnished with everything you need plus extra touches like fruit, coffee and fresh flowers from Angela. The house was especially clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay! To us, it was like a home away from home. Very clean and has everything our family need! John is a wonderful host. Super responsive and instruction provided was clear and precise. We come to TPC Sawgrass often and would like to stay again!
