I rented David's for a friend of mine's family to stay while visiting from New York. There were ZERO issues, and David was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend his house to anyone that is looking for a safe, convenient and peaceful place to stay.

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was very accomodating, extremely responsive, and helpful. I cannot thank Stephanie enough! I would highly recommend staying at Stephanie's home. Super nice and the best host ever!

Our family needed a place to stay for the LSU vs. Alabama football game. Our 3 sons, their wives, our grandson and our 80 year old mom stayed here while we stayed in our RV at LSU. They all enjoyed the accommodations and felt right at home. The home was very clean and well maintained. James was very proactive with communication and sent clear instructions before the weekend of our stay. You can’t go wrong with this lovely home for your stay in Baton Rouge.

You could not possibly get a better location if visiting LSU, or even Baton Rouge in general. The house was spotless, and has absolutely everything you could ask for. Back porch is covered with seating and a table. Perfect.

This home is beautiful inside and out. Super quiet neighborhood and in a great location. Everything was super clean and included all of the amazing amenities as described. The beds are very comfortable and it definitely is one of the best locations I have stayed at. Will definitely book here again if in the area.

This was a great house for a large group. Plenty of parking off the road. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen essentials to be able to make anything you would want at home and still close to plenty of local restaurants if you don’t want to cook while on vacation. Nat was very responsive and helpful with any questions throughout our stay.

James place was great! Close to LSU, safe, and private. We enjoyed the nearly new bedding and furniture. We definitely will stay again!

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

Next time a person pays in full do not wait until the day before to accommodate another client. If they wanted to rent a downstairs then they should of beat me too it first come first serve. You could at least asked me before you made the changes not just moving me. I am a paying customer new or not it was not fair to me that happened. I chose a bottom apartment because I have arthritis in my knees, you would of known if you would of took time out to ask but you just moved me to accommodate some tenants who probably previous purchased from you but that does not make me less because I am new. You never know why people choose what they choose so you just can not assume it is okay to just move a person. It was hard to have to go up and down all weekend like I had too we was there for the Boosie Bash. I have did Air-b-and b before and not like yours on supplies. I had to buy more tissue and something wash the dishes with. $529 is alot to be limited tissue, trash bags, & paper towels

This was a beautiful place to stay !! Very private and peaceful, we definitely enjoyed this spot !! And Brittney was an amazing host and she responds very quickly with any questions or concerns !! Definitely recommend !!

Very cute aesthetic place. Reminds me of New Orleans and I love the neighborhood and the character this home had . It’s definitely my style and the bed was comfy !

Villa Oasis Bayou is a little slice of heaven here on Earth. It was the perfect retreat during our very busy visit with family and friends. The property is very well kept which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Yancy was an amazing host. He was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Staying here definitely enhanced our experience. We can't wait to return in the future.

Laura was very pleasant and responded quickly to all of my questions. She went to check out the rental before we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Enjoyed communicating with her.

John's place was super comfortable and cozy and within walking distance to LSU campus - which was the purpose of our trip. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The sun room is also a perfect working space if needed. Kitchen has all the appliances you need, including coffee pods! Overall a very pleasant experience.

Was working in the area and this place checked all of our boxes for our long term stay. Beautiful place on the lake with plenty of space.

Un véritable coin de paradis, loin du tumulte, mais proche des commodités. L’endroit est juste parfait, les levers et couchers de soleil sont visibles depuis la maison. On s’y sent bien tout de suite et la maison est tellement accueillante qu’on a envie de prolonger le séjour !

- Great location. Peaceful, quiet, good fishing. - All in all, great place. I've been there numerous times and will be back.
