My place is an independent annexe to The Old Vicarage, close to Bedales School, next door to All Saints Church and a stone's throw from the famous Harrow Pub and Steep Tennis and Cricket club. It is also walking distance from Petersfield town centre . Its cosy but self-contained. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with one child. Its handy for Goodwood, and very close to the Tithe Barn in Ditcham. Not far from West Dean College. Perfect for bikers

Log cabin. Quiet, private, cosy + breakfast

Cosy log cabin with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The residence has its own private front door and is set in a village location with stunning walks and cycling routes. Parking available in the drive and in the summer, outdoor seating available. Village gem of a pub, The Crown & green is 100 yards from the property and it’s a short drive to Ludshott Common, Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl. 1.5 miles or a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue Cain Manor. Easy access to the A3.

The Good Shepherd Hut with wood-fired hot tub

The Good Shepherd Hut is nestled in its own private paddock, in the South Downs National Park, in rural Hampshire. The oakcrafted design ensures a luxurious stay with a comfy double bed, free WiFi, underfloor heating, a log burner, sofa, kitchenette and ensuite. Outside is a fire pit BBQ, picnic table and wood-fired hot tub. A breakfast hamper, toiletries, robes and slippers are included. Relax and unwind as you soak in the hot tub, admiring the sunsets, views and clear starry skies.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Central Winchester 1 Bedroom Home with own parking

Welcome to your lovely detached one bedroom home in a quiet leafy private road on the edge of St Giles Hill - just above medieval Winchester and on the edge of beautiful the South Downs Way. Your self-contained home includes parking on the drive, a stylish double bedroom, shower room, living area (with full double-width sofa bed) incorpoating a full kitchen/washing machine. Its an easy 10 minute downhill stroll across the park (lovely for a sunset picnic) to historic Winchester.

Romantic 17th Century Paper Mill on The Meon River

Enchanting converted 17th Century Paper Mill over the River Meon in Warnford, Hampshire. Quirky interior with original Japanese features. Trout anglers will have a ball. There are swans, herons, kingfishers and mallards and, if you're really lucky, you might see an otter. As you can see from the photo, the Mill is just by our cottage, but we're not always there so often you'd have the whole garden to yourself. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

The Cowshed, Midhurst

The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst. Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.

Garden Annexe in Petersfield

The Annexe is a light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.
