Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Trailside Home in East Burke

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Upon booking your reservation please list the number of guests for your reservation and the number of nights you wish to stay. This mid-century modern home is comfortably situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and is private - it is not actually a "treehouse" though seems like it in its natural surroundings. It is near many interesting landmarks in the town, including: St.Johnsbury Academy, the Athenaeum, and the world famous Fairbanks Natural History Museum and Planetarium.

This is a private log and timber frame cabin on our conserved tree farm, nestled in the woods along a woodland stream. Close to Burke Mountain and the Kingdom Trails, and the Great North Woods of NH. Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

Lakeview Cottage is adorable and located on one of Vermont's cleanest and most beautiful lakes, Crystal Lake! It's in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, in the charming town of Barton. Sit around the outdoor firepit and soak in the view! You're just steps away from beaches and a dock. You'll find great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

Calling all outdoor enthusiasts and adventure seekers! Explore the beautiful North Country of New Hampshire from our conveniently located, renovated home in Berlin. Located 1.5 miles from Jericho Mountain State Park, it's the perfect base camp for your adventure. ATV/UTV right from the house, or trailer your snowmobiles right down the road. After your day of fun, head back to relax and unwind, play some games, prepare a meal, or sit by the fire pit and simply soak in the atmosphere.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

Yurt near Kingdom Trails - Outdoor heaven!

Come and enjoy the great outdoors in this 20' yurt designed by Colorado Yurt Company! The 315 sq. foot yurt can comfortably accommodate 6 people with 2 pullout futon beds and 1 twin bed. We are also open to having one-two tents next to the yurt for more coverage and comfort. This property is located less than 2 miles from the epicenter of some of the best biking in the country (Kingdom Trails) and is only a short drive to Burke Mountain.
