Situated by one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the South Hams, on a hillside overlooking Salcombe Estuary, this lovely cottage has been in our family for three generations. Step outside the front door a few paces and the estuary is spread below you. Recently lovingly refurbished to a high standard, the cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, one with an estuary view, while downstairs you will find a galley kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a cosy lounge/dining room.

Salcombe can be reached easily by hopping on the foot ferry should you wish and water sports lovers can hire equipment a couple of minutes from the property. The house is comfortable, well equipped and offers parking and a delightful garden.

The light and airy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and good sized shower room. With underfloor heating throughout it is open all year round.
