Step Away; A Martha's Vineyard Retreat

Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

This 100% private apartment is on the first floor of a shared house where owners and their son live upstairs. There are no shared spaces. You have a private entrance and parking. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

Walk to downtown Edgartown in a quiet neighborhood

This house is on a peaceful side street just a 15-min walk to Edgartown Village. It has 3 bedrooms, one bath, a well-equipped kitchen, porch and grill for summer cooking! This rental is a second-floor unit, the first floor is occupied by the owner. Both units are completely separate with private entrances and no shared spaces. Close to multiple popular beaches, the town library and playground, and just around the corner from the island's largest grocery store make this a great home base!

Harbor view apartment, a quick walk from the ferry

This is a great one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house. My place is close to the beach, public transport, the Steamship Authority ferry, Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven, Stop & Shop grocery, and lots of great shopping. You’ll love the convenience! Walk to the apartment right off the ferry boat. Lots to do in walking distance, and onsite parking. The Martha's Vineyard Museum is a 5 minute walk, down the same street. My place is great for couples and solo adventurers.

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

You're a short 10 min walk from Edgartown's amazing restaurants & shops, in addition to a short bike ride to Katama's famous South Beach or Oak Bluff's State Beach. Both easily accessible via bike paths.

My place is close to the Bike Path, Edgartown, South Beach, Katama General Store, Katama Farm, Edgartown Lighthouse, great views. Take the bike path either direction for all of the island's attractions. You’ll love my place because of the Renovated Kitchen, Renovated Bathrooms, Comfortable Furniture, Convenience to Everything, Outdoor Shower, Deck. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Comfortably appointed with queen bed, dining set, living area with tv and full bath. Enjoy a coffee or cocktail on the private deck. Toaster oven, refrigerator and coffee maker will start your day right before heading to nearby beaches, golf courses or shopping.

Close to Edgartown Village Center!

This 1800 square foot Ranch-style Condo with loft was built in 2018 and is set on a large nicely landscaped lot with plenty of room inside and out. It has 3 bedrooms and a loft and sleeps 9. It’s a 20-minute walk to the Edgartown village center, a 10-minute walk to Morning Glory Farm, and just a 10-minute drive to South Beach! All updated furnishings, beds, linens, appliances.
