On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. Hot tub. Burn ban on most of time(drought) ,please ask No smoking in cabin!

Get away from the hustle and relax by the fire, birdwatch, nap. The day is yours.

Texas Wheelhouse

Whether planning a peaceful escape from the city or a riding vacation along the Twisted Sisters Hwy, the Texas Wheelhouse is a perfect getaway for your group. The 2-bedroom/2-bath cabin, with a 1-bedroom bunk house. The property is at the top of a ridge overlooking the breathtaking Texas Hill Country. Located along Hwy 336, one of the most scenic rides in Texas, the Texas Wheelhouse is a short drive to Garner State Park, Lost Pines Park, and several places to go tubing on the Frio River.

The heart of the house is its large deck - perfect for the stunning Texas sunsets or gathering around the firepit. We also provide kayaks for exploring, tree swings, and hammocks for ultimate relaxation.

The Little Blue Cabin is located in the rural countryside approximately 15 minutes from Leakey, Tx. If you're looking for a cozy peaceful place to stay, then this is it! We have a (semi) private river access that is aprox. 1/2 mile away, where you can park and enjoy the beautiful Frio! Garner State Park - 30 min Lost Maples SNA - 45 min Fredericksburg, Tx - 1.5hr

Imagine a couple of days in the Texas Hill Country in a guest house that is totally yours, it is shaded by pecan trees, you have access to one mile of both sides of the river(the Dry Frio). Experience abundant wildlife, migrating birds/ hummingbirds and butterflies, stargaze and be able to hike up Lookout Hill and feel comfortable during your stay at Moriah's Riverwalk. You are within 18 miles of the Concan area. Your stay here at our bunkhouse will be safe, quiet, and peaceful.

Nomad Ranch is an idyllic 8 acres with over 300 feet of stunning secluded Nueces River frontage. Rio Escondido cottage is 640 sq. ft. and offers three bedrooms {one loft}, one bath, sleeps 7. Two queens, three singles. Nestled near the largest Oak on the property, Rio Escondido has a full kitchen, living room and a front porch overlooking the river. Just outside the cottage doors is Nomad's rustic open air barn, perfect for relaxing, playing games and dining.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state Park (3 miles), Lost Maples State Park, Three sisters bike roads, Frio River crossings, Leakey, Concan, Kerrville, Utiopia, and Uvalde. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.

El Casa Vista on Twisted Sister 336

If you are looking for a peaceful weekend, this is your spot. You won't see many cars pass by on Ranch Road 336. You will see deer, cattle, birds and other wildlife. Star gazing at night is a treat! The property is 18 miles north of Leakey, so it is easy to get to the Frio River and find good places to eat or drive to one of the state parks nearby. Garner State Park and Los Maples are fun day trips.
