Great views of the trees through large windows in the home and the second bedroom. Casa features fiber optic land line DSL with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. A unique entertainment room with a brick vaulted domed ceiling is a nice place to listen to your favorite music. Just two blocks from the beach popular with kiting, windsurfing, fishing and popular beach restaurant bar.

We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. Come enjoy our unique property.

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Your own private casita in the garden of a beachfront home 20 minutes north of Los Barriles. Rural location, calm and secluded. Guests have access to the dipping pool—too small for swimming but perfect for cooling off and great for children. The beach in front of the house is mostly rock but there are sandy stretches a short distance away. Los Barriles and El Cardonal, both 20 minutes by road, have fine sand beaches, restaurants and stores.
