The place is peaceful enough, considering that it is in the upper ground floor. Decent soundproofing which blocks some noise from holidaymakers. The room can accomodate groups as well with the bunk bed setup. The unit is midway between the infinity pool and restaurants and the beach, you can easily pick where to unwind. The building is quite dated though, and thus some tiles are loose. Unit owner is also accommodating to questions and easy to talk to.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pico de Loro! The unit was clean, cozy, and very well-maintained — exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect too — close to the beach, pools, and other amenities within the resort. We especially loved the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit! Highly recommended!

Like everyone else's review, the unit felt like a home away from home, it smelled good when you check in, and there were toys for the kids. We love that it's only 500 meters walk from the beach, but a little far from the Country Club. The balcony view is the mountain, and since the unit is at the 5F the view is really peaceful. The unit is a tad old, but comfy, and spacious. It's really perfect for families as there is space to move around specially the luggage. The kitchen is complete with utensils and cooking materials you can use. There's even a coffee press! There are cleaning materials you can use as well. We love the sink in the balcony. Our only (very minor) issues are 1) no space to hang clothes like suit and pants(but there were hangers) , 2) the shower stall or the bidet? seem to be leaking water so the floor is wet, 3) The water dispenser seem to be not working. Water is not cold. And the bottle of water gallons have no stopper so the floor will get wet when you change it.

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

This place was beautiful. I went out there with a group and I had the best room of the bunch of us. If you are a foreigner, make sure that you have a local guide with a number you can use or get a local sim card number for your stay. Honestly, This was an amazing escape from the concrete jungle of Manila, and Audrey made it so easy, comfortable, and affordable. 100% would book this room again.

Emily’s listing is truly a hole in the wall. Best for family and barkada accommodation since you’ll never get tired of having something to bond over.

My mom enjoyed cooking as the kitchen is fully functional and we felt home right away. The check in process was seamless, special shoutout to Tita Julita who provided all the information we needed and more! Our favorite thing is that we got access to the Beach Club as we are treated as accompanied guests. I personally enjoyed the gym too as they are equipped with different machines and more. One thing is that the glass panel and the shower faucets in the CR is a little bit stuck but super manageable. Overall, staying in Chel’s place was really like being at home away from home and more.
