We had a great time visiting the Augusta area for the first time. There’s plenty of room and the home was cleaned and as advertised the hosts were very responsive and we recommended anyone looking to have a good time in Georgia with lots of guests.

The lake house is beautiful. Very private and peaceful. The house looks even better than the photos. Our children loved the pool. We are already planning to return some time this summer. Thanks Ellen for being a great host.

Two night stay for family wedding in the area. Loved the outside space, the best stocked air Airbnb I ever stayed in, truly enjoyed the coffee bar. Wish we had more time to spend at the house relaxing.

We rented the spacer for a wedding rehearsal dinner and bridesmaids stay. It was a beautiful older home that had such a warm feel. The setting was just perfect!

Another great stay at Jesses. We were able to explore downtown fountain Inn with its restaurants and boutiques. The house is near the Swamp River Trail so that you can walk your dog , the house has comfortable beds and is outfit fitted with all the essentials you need for a great stay

My family and I really enjoyed Patrick & Jordan's cottage. We really enjoyed the pool on these hot days and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the detail of the house and felt like it was the perfect spot to relax with our family coming from TN, SC, & GA! We most definitely will return to this beautiful home.

Staying at Frank and Cindy‘s Airbnb was perfect . The house was spotless. The beds were so comfortable, there were plenty of linens provided, chocolates and even a bottle of water provided by the bed upon check in. They also had a selection of local craft beers in the refrigerator as a little gift. The drive into Athens was easy and they provided a notebook of suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Athens, don’t pass this little gem up! Thank you, Frank and Cindy for making our stay wonderful!

Cristina’s home was perfect for our needs during our stay in Mauldin while visiting and gathering with family that live in the area. The space is just as it is described and check-in was smooth and easy. Cristina is a very attentive host, easy to get ahold of, and she does anything she can to make your stay comfortable like checking in and dropping off throw blankets and delicious complementary pastries! We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the house, how spacious it is, and how well stocked the kitchen is because we like to cook in. We also enjoyed the covered back porch, the fenced in yard, and our grandkids had lots of fun on the disc swing especially. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt perfectly safe staying here so had restful sleep at night. The mattresses are comfortable, and having two bathrooms is always a plus. There is a major grocery store just minutes away and any kind of shopping you might want as well. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was so nice for our 2 night stay. We came down for my birthday. We had never been to Athens. We loved being able to stay in the farmhouse. It was just as Sky described. She even gave us suggestions of places to eat. Thanks again, Sky!

Can’t say enough great things about Sunset Point! Beautiful and Spotless inside, they thought of every detail. The livingroom had a large comfy couch and the beds and bedding top notch! Bonus- it is decorated so cute-LOVED the color coded beautiful bookcase! My son plays lacrosse at Anderson university, we were spending the week to catch a few of his games-I wanted a place that felt like vacation but also be able to cook some homemade meals. Sunset point exceeded my expectations! The kitchen had everything needed including a crockpot and the outdoor grill was a great addition! Outside we were able to enjoy the beautiful lake-the views and the sunsets stunning! Marvin has a shed fully stocked w beach chairs, cornhole, paddle boards, floats and there is also kayaks! They truly thought of everything. I am so glad to have found this gem.. don’t hesitate to book it-you’ll be so glad you did! I can’t wait to go back! Very peaceful and cozy home. Super clean and well organized. Very good cookware, plates and utensils. Great deck and Lake view! The only thing I wished was that we had booked a longer stay. Time went way to fast! Just a heads up for those who bring a boat, it would be best to launch before you proceed to the property. It's a tight area with a trailer.

We had a great time at this lake house. The double-layer dock is amazing and it is in a very beautiful and peaceful location. The home was very comfortable for our group of 8. Christy is a great host who offered excellent communication and was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

I’m thrilled we found Aunt Helen’s place in Walhalla, SC. Home is perfect for a long weekend with friends and family. You feel at home when you walk in and it’s a very comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the porch swing enjoying the perfect weather. Did some walking around Walhalla shopping and eating in local restaurants. Great place to visit we’ll be back. We’ll be back the host are wonderful!!

When visiting family in the area, we like to stay in Normaltown because of the easy accessibility to restaurants and parks. If you are looking to stay in Athens this place has a great location and really comfortable floorplan for a family. We enjoyed the comfortable great room with large couches. We found the bathrooms were spacious and really nicely updated compared to others houses we've rented in this area in the past. Parking was easy and plentiful. Would book again!

We stayed at Mary's home during Thanksgiving holiday because we have family in the area. The home was perfect - very cute, super convenient to get to Hoschton and in close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown Brazelton and the highway (I-85). We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our dogs. We took some walks around the neighborhood and stopped by the local brewery one afternoon, who welcomed them as well. Mary was very responsive with communications, was flexible with an early check-in request and provided us with a helpful app to lock and unlock the door when the front keypad was temporarily out of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be able to return the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you, Mary!

Great spacious house in a nice neighborhood. Appeared like listing, everything we needed was available on site. Close to restaurants and a park.

Linda and Keith were very hospitable. Gave suggestions for places to dine at and visit. The beds were comfortable the kitchen had everything you need. She even asked what kind of coffee we drink so that she would have upon are arrival. Anytime we texted her response was very prompt. I would highly recommend the shady rest to all that are visiting in the area. You’re close to so many water falls which are amazing.

We spent Christmas weekend at the Stratford house and it was perfect for our family to have our own place, while being able to visit extended family nearby. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Byron and Thessa were helpful and communicative. We would definitely enjoy staying again.
