This is very spacious accommodation and Jagath was very kind and always helpful. It is a fair way out of town, but there are frequent buses passing by.

We had a great stay in Nuwara Eliya. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The property matched the photos with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was good overall, but it’s worth proactively guiding the staff on your preferences rather than relying entirely on their suggestions. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This place was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. From the second you arrive its like staying with family. the beds are comfortable the rooms spacious, air con and hot water. The very low room rate made us think there would be something wrong. Quite the opposite, Bhagya should simply be charging more. The dinner the family cooked for us was incredible and to see the safari/yala at the North end of the park, away from the crowds was the best experience we could have hoped for. there's only 15 safari 4x4s in the north opposed to 300 vehicles in the south. Raise your prices Bhagya this is the best product in Sri Lanka

This place is a nice homestay. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and our landlord was a very nice lady. We had a very good breakfast in her dining room and this is an experience that you will not get at a normal hotel. Thank you Cecilia Cottage for the hospitality and also for the nice and interesting conversations we had.

We booked Cheshan's place in less than 12 hours before arriving. The host quickly replied to our questions. He and the caretaker were very helpful and agreed to take our luggage for storage before checking in. The place itself is lovely and within walkable distance to the center and the lake. The apartment is in the new building with underground parking and a pub nearby. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this apartment for fellow travelers.

Definitely a hidden gem with 1000% privacy and unbeatable views. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Such a relaxing and cozy night. We will be back:)!

Your place is by far the most beautiful accommodation we have ever stayed in, and we felt so at home. We also absolutely loved our time in the hot tub – it was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Dana, you have created something truly special here. You have taken something simple and turned it into something extraordinary – a place full of warmth, beauty, and magic. Wunderschönes Cabin mit toller Aussicht. Wir haben uns hier direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben mit dem gemieteten Motorrad, welches wir hier in der Unterkunft mieten konnten die atemberaubende Gegend erkundet. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen Empfehlen, die auf Ruhe und Natur wert legen und etwas abseits der üblichen Touri-Routen unterkommen wollen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

What an amazing place. It’s a rustic and well-designed A frame hut. Cozy, warm (with the log-burner) and *what a view* especially from the hot tub. Yes, it’s isolated, and the last bit of the journey is a walk up a steep hill, but it’s worth it. And Dana and his team will help with your luggage. And anything else you need. It is high and you may find yourself in or above the clouds. The air is a bit thinner, and outside the room humidity is high so things might feel damp. But that’s nature ;) Big thanks to Praba too, for cooking us bespoke dinner and breakfasts, and delivering beer to the door as well. And for the tasting tour of her kitchen garden. Overall, a fantastic place to unwind, enjoy the scenery and escape city life.
