For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Welcome, we would like to invite you to enjoy a stay at our quiet, secluded bush retreat hidden away in the dairy farmlands of the West Australia's south coast. We are perfectly situated halfway between Albany and Denmark and 10 mins from the famous white sandy beaches of Cosy Corner. Our home is located on a 13 acre bush block with abundant birdlife; including Djodjal (Blue Wrens) and Ngoolya (White Tailed Black Cockatoos). We have an outdoor fire pit and BBQ area to sit and relax around.

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.
