Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. We were able to take advantage of the pool and tennis courts, which are a short walking distance away. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of space and things to do with kids. The outdoor spaces are also comfortable and quiet. The house is a very short drive from restaurants and hiking trails. Gayle's instructions and reminders were timely and clear. She was very proactive in making sure that we had an easy time navigating the house and and the surroundings.

Relaxation- exactly what we needed

We were a family of 5 and absolutely loved our stay at this property. We felt right at home as soon as walked in. Property is pristine, in a beautifully quiet and peaceful location which is a short walk away from a few trailheads. View of the red rocks from both the front and back of the house gave you that Sedona experience right from your living room. Host was extremely responsive when there were a couple of things to sort through (not the the fault of the host, just things that came up).

Very much liked the close proximity to hikes. Accommodation totally fit our needs for the two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Power went out for a while one evening, communication with host was prompt. We figured out the WiFi, but it was slightly different than the instructions posted at the condo.

4 lifetime friends…we picked this beautiful house to stay in for 4 days. Just gorgeous! Clean, fresh, super comfortable beds/linens. The views from the bedrooms and large family room is the selling point! Spectacular! The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just about 10 minutes from downtown Sedona. Only complaints are house needs a full length mirror, some updated more comfortable couches as well as a working garage door opener. Otherwise, we highly recommend this most beautiful, pristine home nestled in the Red Rocks

Our stay at Gio’s was lovely! The location is incredibly peaceful and private, and the view overlooking Cathedral rock is magical. The hot tub is a perfect place to spend the cooler spring nights and the unit had everything we needed to cook and relax during our visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay end of April/beginning of May. 100% recommend! Townhouse felt safe. Neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Foot golf was fun! This is a perfect home base for a day trip to the Grand Canyon, shopping, ATV rental, Zoo, hikes, Slide Rock State Park. There are so many great restaurants and shopping nearby. There’s a grocery within minutes. We bought great steaks at Clark’s Grocery butcher counter and grilled them on the deck. The fire table was relaxing at night. We watched a bobcat meander through about 30-40 feet from the deck. We are a family of 6 adults and felt we had plenty of space. AmyJo answered any questions I had within minutes. Sedona is amazing and to have such an amazing place to rest between adventures was such a treasure. Thank you AmyJo for sharing your beautiful townhouse! 🙂

Gary hosted us as Carolyn was recovering from surgery, it was a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping to look at. It was nice to. One back to at the end of the day and relax and enjoy the “view” Thank you for a lovely vacation.

It felt home away from home. We had a great stay, very relaxing. Will definitely come back 🫶
