Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren mit unserem 7monatigem Sohn hier. Die Unterkunft war sauber, ordentlich und großzügig. Michaela war die perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns auf jede Anfrage eine qualifizierte Antwort gehabt und war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Sie hat unseren Urlaub zusätzlich verschönert. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegener, was für uns perfekt war. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und man kann nach den Tagesausflügen wunderbar entspannen. Der Pool ist überdacht, was ihn perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse mit Kleinkind gemacht hat. Aber auch ohne Kinder ist er perfekt zum Abkühlen und entspannen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir empfehlen den Unterkunft und natürlich Michela wärmsten weiter. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in fantastic location on the canal. Riccardo and Sarah were very knowledgeable and helpful hosts, nothing was a problem. Private parking, great breakfast and bikes for hire to ride along the canals and cobbled streets in this v pretty town were a bonus as well as English spoken. Would highly recommend this stay as well as a walk to the nearby Museo which has an outstanding, beautiful display of the excavation of a Roman shipwreck and its cargo.

Der Gastgeber war stets freundlich, zuverlässig und immer erreichbar. Jedoch gab es Parkplatzprobleme, diese sollten beseitigt werden. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und auf die Angaben ist verlass. Jedoch sollte mehr auf die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs geachtet werden. Alles in allem hatten wir dort einen tollen Aufenthalt und fühlten uns wohl.

Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön um den Alltagsstress zu entkommen und durchatmen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Tieren bekommt man in der Unterkunft selbst nichts mit, nur wenn man sich draußen aufhält. Ein ganz besonders tolles Flair!

Host super gentile, appartamento pulito, non dispone di alcune cose importanti nella cucina. Il residence dispone di 12 appartamenti super confinanti. Bisogna aver fortuna di trovare vicini non rumorosi. Il residence si trova alla fine del lungomare, se volete più animazione e attività in spiaggia conviene andare più verso l’acquario di Cattolica. Comunque nel Complesso ci siamo trovati bene ed il personale dell’hotel è stato veramente cordiale.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach toll! Vielen Dank Andrea für Early check in (wir konnten schon um 11:30 Uhr einchecken (ohne dafür extra bezahlen zu müssen), was unser Leben mit kleinem Kind viel einfacher gemacht hat. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, sie war Mega wichtig bei der Hitze draußen. Vielen Dank für die kostenlose Kaffeemaschine! Die Lage ist toll, wir waren in 4 Minuten am Strand, es gibt sowohl Shops in der Nähe als auch eine Apotheke. Andrea war immer sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuverlässig! Ich empfehle Aida Resort/Hotel weiter!

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really close to the train station and a local supermarket. Our only issue is that we really struggled to find a parking space nearby.

This was a spectacular place to stay in Florence! The location was ideal, surrounded with restaurants and nightlife, yet still private and quiet at night and just minutes away from some of the city's main attractions. The apartment's interior is gorgeous and accommodated all 4 of us comfortably. Highly recommend!

The apartment was so beautiful, a journey back in time. Location is great, a short walk from all we wanted to see in Florence. check-in / check-out was flexible and easy. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with all things we needed for a great stay.

Bell'appartamento situato in zona limitrofa al centro, da raggiungere a piedi, e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Host riservato, efficiente e molto disponibile con indicazioni anche oltre l'uso del locale. Appartamento nuovo con 3 camere e due bagni. Carina la terrazza con vista sul fiume.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house and apartment were exactly as described – beautiful and well-maintained, and the location was just as great. The host was very responsive, and communication was clear and helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of local food and freshly prepared eggs, coffee, and more – truly a highlight of our mornings. The furniture, cleanliness, and the garden/terraces were all excellent, and the surrounding area added to the overall experience. The only downside we encountered was with the bathroom – the shower is level with the rest of the bathroom and is only separated by a curtain, which leads to water splashing everywhere if you’re not careful. Additionally, if the curtain blocks the drain, the water level can rise significantly, and due to the slope of the floor, water can spill out of the bathroom into the apartment. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and given the high price, we believe...

Abbiamo trascorso sei giorni in un ambiente fantastico. Dal primo giorno siamo stati accolti in modo gradevole. L’appartamento spazioso e completo di tutto. La signora Sara è sua sorella hanno fatto si che ad ogni richiesta avevano una risposta. È stato bellissimo, fa rifare. Grazie per la gradita accoglienza.

Amazing moder place with easy check-in and great amenities and free minibar

Pier Giuseppe is a magnificent host--welcoming, friendly, kind, and an amazing cook. He made beautiful breakfasts, and he arranged a pasta making class for us as well as a tour of a dairy operation where Parmesano Reggiano is made and a farm that specializes in Balsamic Vinegar. We stayed in the spacious loft apartment on the second floor, which is quite comfortable and has everything one could possibly want. Tall people may bump their heads on the beams in certain places in the apartment. A good knock or two will remind you to keep your head down. Pier Giuseppe was also very helpful in providing us with advice on what to see and do in Bologna and the surrounding area. Next time, we visit that area of Italy, we hope to say with Pier Guiseppe again. We highly recommend Pier Giuseppe's accommodations.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad samen met onze 8 maanden oude baby. Het was enorm fijn dat we op de locatie overheerlijk konden ontbijten en dineren, Antonio is een buitengewone kok, dus we hebben keer op keer heerlijk gegeten. De omgeving en het uitzicht waren schitterend. Antonio had hele goede tips voor activiteiten in de omgeving die ook heel goed mogelijk waren met een baby. Wanneer we weer naar Toscane willen, zullen we zeker terugkomen!
