Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

A tranquil retreat for two, Salterns Loft is a first-floor apartment equipped to a high standard. It is accessed through a separate entrance and up a spiral staircase. The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The location is central a step away from restaurants cafes, bars, bistros, lido and beautiful walks. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. THERE ARE JUST OVER 2 OUTSIDE STAIRCASES SO THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL- SPORRY.
