Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. The Hideaway has total privacy, with your own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, and washer & dryer. Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.

Enjoy the peace of a rural setting while still being just minutes away from restaurants & shops in downtown Salem, the Riverwalk and Willamette University. Take a day trip to the coast or relax & enjoy a bottle of wine on either of the 2 decks, or unwind by the cozy fireplace in the comfortable 2nd story guest suite with a private entrance. Our residence is located in a beautiful wooded area of south Salem with easy access to Interstate 5.

The Garage

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
