Came for my sister’s graduation ceremony, location was right next to the campus/field. Lovely home! Big beds and cozy living room spaces! We accidentally locked ourselves out and Terri and Brad were immediate with responding and helped us right away! Fit my family of 6 perfectly!!! Would recommend and would stay again!

By far the best rental we have ever had. They provided everything. The house exceeded our expectations, the water view, beautiful patio, great outdoor sitting. The house is gorgous and all we had to do was bring our clothes. This rental has everything! We will 100% rent again. Great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Stephenville home! The house is perfectly located on a golf course. The master bedroom and extra bedrooms offered great accommodations, making our stay so relaxing. The house was very well-stocked, and the pool table, dart board and games were a fun bonus! The big backyard was perfect for relaxing and for your pets. Highly recommend this gem! We will definitely stay again!

Loved the animals! Cutest, spunkiest calves so friendly you can pet; beautiful horses; sweetest little cat. Friendly and informative hosts! Great place to hang out, relax and enjoy!! Will be back for any event in Stephenville :)

We were in town for a baseball tournament so we only stayed one night. It was so peaceful and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and we didn’t fix breakfast but there were fresh eggs left for us, but we had to be back at the ball field too early for breakfast. I will diffidently book again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin last weekend! It was incredibly clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host and staff were very welcoming and helpful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained retreat. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying here and are already planning on coming back. It’s a cute, cozy cabin but with two bedrooms with king sized beds, TVs and private bathrooms. It was perfect for a little retreat with my mom and I. It was immaculately clean with a full size kitchen. The location was quiet and in the country. And we even saw some baby goats!! Can’t wait to go back.

Due to extreme cold, the hot tub temp was not ideal. Jason gave me a credit back on the price which was appreciated.

It was just wonderful. It was so clean. I am a professional cleaner this place so spotless. It is not well. Provided for a very long Stay not many kitchen utensils the hot tub was nice and clean. The location was wonderful. We just went to check it out and just so happened. Our cabin was the first one clean so we got an early check in which was awesome. We will be returning and the one next to it.

This is our third stay here, and - as always - Jason's place is immaculately clean and stylish. We had a great weekend!

My family members and I absolutely loved the Little Off Lake House! We all prefer country to city, so we really appreciated having such a relaxing, beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed seeing the local critters that we did, from domestic to wild. We all sat on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake every morning and evening, enjoying the peaceful view. The house itself was wonderful, easy for us since none of us are exactly 'spring chickens', ha ha. The beds were comfortable, had soft sheets, and were beautifully made up, and there were lots and lots of towels to use which was also appreciated. All too soon our stay was over, but we liked it so much we hope to come back again.

Everything about my stay was great. Melanie was awesome — super easy to work with and made the whole process smooth. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.
