The bed is very comfortable, and the living room, with its cozy set of sofas, is perfect for relaxation. The view from the balcony is ideal for enjoying an evening beer. I had a wonderful time staying at this place. It felt secure yet very private. The apartment had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. I will definitely stay here again!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und befindet sich in Top-Lage. Sehr ruhige und sichere Gegend, sehr modern, unzählige Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés und Bäckereien direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock, verfügt über einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Man fühlt dich sofort wie zuhause. Die Kommunikation mit Mahmood verlief großartig, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

A lovely and cozy place! Gashaw was incredibly communicative and professional, providing all the support and assistance we needed. The flat is spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need, including two bathrooms and a fast elevator. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful Erbil experience — and don't miss the chance to explore the stunning beauty of Kurdistan!
