It is nestled on private acres shared by horses, goats, chickens and owners primary residence.

This one-bedroom mother-in-law apartment has a private entrance and parking space. Walk to the back of the house and you're on the banks of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. With easy access to all that North Bend and The Snoqualmie Valley has to offer. Easy access to I-90. We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle with convenient proximity to World Cup 2026 games. Also 30 min to Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. You will enjoy an amazing, one of a kind experience. This house is a private 1 bedroom house not shared. House is in a quiet neighborhood out of the busy cities.

Queen bed and mattress and living room couch have recently been replaced! Located 5 minutes from Snoqualmie Falls, golf course, I-90, and 25 minutes from Snoqualmie skiing, Bellevue (20 minutes) and Seattle (35 minutes).

Watch as eagles soar over the lake and above the towering fir trees from the patio. Soak up the bright, contemporary design of this curated lakeside suite on Pine Lake, brew some coffee and relax. Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.
