Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Ideal for a family of 4 or 5, or two couples. A 5 minute walk from a country store and deli and a 5 minute drive from the Essex, New York ferry. Beautiful indoor and outdoor fireplace.

A Cozy spot on the Lake

Its a small one bedroom with a dorm fridge, air conditioning, private entrance, covered porch, a grill with propane provided, a bathroom plus small shower space, a tv with couch. Its small but cozy and between my family homes right on the lake with a small beach (when the water level is low enough).

Pigeon Hill cozy studio

Cozy studio apartment situated overlooking the Ausable River, within walking distance of downtown Au Sable Forks, and a short drive to hiking, biking, fly fishing and everything the Adirondacks has to offer. Recently we renovated the deck area and installed a new queen sized bed upstairs.
