Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

Ideally situated to explore the beautiful Kent countryside by foot, cycle or car. 10 mins from Channel Tunnel, 20 mins from the Port of Dover and Canterbury. 10 mins from Folkestone West Station for the high speed train to London, which takes 55 mins, and 25 mins to Ashford, and the Outlet Shopping Centre. There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.
