Downstairs area, self-contained, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom/shower, separate toilet ,lounge, deck, pool .It is private but part of the house so expect some noise from everyday activities. Own entrance at the side, down a slope with pavers which is slippery when it rains and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
