Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Annexe Newnham, Nr Daventry, Northamptonshire

A comfortable deluxe self-contained studio in the village of Newnham. The apartment consists of a large open plan studio with a Super King size bed which can convert to two singles, a television (Freeview), a sofa, a fridge, tea (an extensive choice) & coffee facilities, Nespresso machine. There is also a Breakfast table. Upstairs there is a dedicated work area that can be used as a dressing room. By arrangement, an extra bed can be made up in this room. Plenty of books and games provided.

Rural annexe in Kislingbury

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.
