With south-facing views towards Keyhaven Nature Reserve and IoW, it is ideal for couples, solo travellers, walkers, birdwatchers & cyclists looking for a relaxing retreat.

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Box Tree Cottage

A delightfully comfortable self contained private annexe. It is light and bright, decorated in a simple fresh style yet retaining the character of the cottage. It is a non smoking accommodation for the comfort of all guests. There is ample off road, safe parking with easy access to the entrance. I have 6 acres of semi-wild grounds, to encourage wildlife , Deer, Badgers & Foxes if you’re lucky enough to see them. 20 min walk from Milford on Sea, with lots of cafes restaurants & pubs which you can find on Milford on Sea website.
