Lovely apartment, in a perfect location in the heart of Salcombe. Given the weather was pretty terrible, we had a great long weekend in Salcombe - the apartment was both cosy and comfortable, but had plenty of space for us. Great facilities, comfortable beds and sofa, and beautiful views through the buildings across the estuary. Great comms from the hosts - would definitely stay again. Recommend the Winking Prawn for lunch and the Kings Arms for dinner. The Fortesque became our local for beers, decent wine and a pool table.

What a super place Teal House is, great location & value for money. Mark is an excellent host. Would strongly recommend this property as a fab place to stay!

Lovely short stay with kids. Easy to walk to the beach, shops, soft play, boat trips etc etc. No issues at all, we were able to get on with enjoying the area. The house was very very clean and had everything we needed. Geoff answered a couple of small queries promptly. We would definitely stay again if it was available.

We loved the house! The location was excellent being half way up the high street with a clear view of the sea and the secret stairway out the back of the kitchen up to the roof garden and fire pit was a real treat. The living room fire place was a delight and the wood fuel was very well stocked. The kitchen was a good size and very well lit with natural light thanks to the sky light. The beds were comfortable with good quality bed linen. Thank you Freya for a fantastic stay!

I can throughly recommend Jan's airbnb. It is the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house is so well equipped and so comfortable. I went with my grown up children back to the town where we lived for 25 years and where they grew up to celebrate my 70th birthday and to see old friends and places we used to go. This house was perfect. All the bed/bedrooms were very comfortable, the house itself has a relaxed atmosphere. The situation is perfect for beaches and other activities. The holiday was everything I hoped it would be and more. Jan was a good communicator with information about the house. Thank you for a lovely few days

Victoria’s place was a joy to rest and relax in. Plenty of space for our family of four. The two beaches nearby are lovely. As a host Victoria was quick to provide recommendations and responsive at all times.

Perfect place to stay for our conference at Exeter University House was cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Bathroom was a bit small if you are on the larger size…. But lovely hot shower and bath. Thank you Chris and Avril

Truly a great place to stay when coming to North Devon! Carol was very responsive and helpful in lead up to the trip, great instructions. The house was fantastic. There were 6 of us and we felt it was. very spacious and having two bathrooms made it seamless. The house is so well equipped (the kitchen and laundry room). The beds were very comfortable and we were lucky to get great weather; the house has stunning views onto the water. Thank you again - Would come back again !

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in Regent House. The location in West Looe was perfect for us. The house is near to the Sardine Factory restaurant and café, as well as being very close to 2 convenience stores. We arrived in Looe by train and it was an easy walk to the house. Access to the house via the pad was very simple, we didn’t bother with the keys. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The heating was very easy to operate and the house was warm. We especially appreciated the children’s books!

William was very helpful in accommodating a last minute booking. The property was as described, spotlessly clean and in a very convenient location within easy walking distance of the city centre.

Lovely place very clean , it is a hill up to it if you have anyone elderly just be mindful car park was grand across the road you have to pay between us all it wasn't much and it's free in the evening till morning , everything was in the house hair dryers etc and everything is spotless great hosts

A lovely short break over Christmas. Having stayed in the same air BnB for the last 12 years in Cornwall, we needed to find somewhere closer to elderly family. Jennie’s place did not disappoint! Set in a peaceful location. Beautifully decorated with views across the marina. Beds were very comfy and the living area perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, equipment and crockery. (No need for you to bring “everything, but the kitchen sink” 😉) We had great communication from Jennie prior and during our stay. The perfect host.

Church View Cottage is in a lovely spot. It’s in the centre of town but very peaceful. I stayed for a month and it felt like home. Everything was spotless, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower is powerful and the bed is very comfortable. Neil and Marilyn are friendly and thoughtful hosts.

If you're a large group then this is a great find. It's on the high street so great access to shops, pubs and restaurants, but also it's not too noisy. Beds are comfy and the showers are powerful - what more could you want!

Loved our stay at Lorna Doone. Alan and Pat are perfect hosts and the house is amazing. Spotless, comfortable and in a perfect location just minutes up the hill from the centre of Watchet. We’ll definitely stay again

We loved staying here. Clean and beautifully appointed with all the facilities you might need. Comfy beds and a great shower! The location is in the heart of the Barbican but away from the noisy pubs so it was easy to access the local area on foot and rest up in quiet at the property. We had a fabulous cream tea scone on arrival and really loved the lounge on the first floor looking over the harbour. Thanks for a superb stay.

We had a lovely stay in Andrew's cottage. Communication was great. It was just as described, spotlessly clean, warm, very comfortable and an easy short stroll from the centre of Dartmouth. Lovely views from the front across the town. Comfy beds and a very nice kitchen to cook in. There is a terrace at the front for al fresco meals, although the weather was a bit chilly for that during our stay. We managed to park a short walk away. As mentioned in the details there are steps and a slope up to the cottage, and it was set over three floors. Not a problem for our family, and very typical for Dartmouth. We would happily stay there again.

Wow. What. A. Place. We have had a fantastic stay in Northam. The house is in a wonderful spot, sea and seafront so very close. Everything we needed in the house right there for us. Clean comfy beds ( oh yes! ) spacious lounge and conservatory for us all to spread out in. Loved being on three floors - we bagged the top floor, kids spread out below - bliss. Ideal location to go off and explore North Devon, we fell in love with Appledore! We have rock-pooled, crazy golfed, crabbed, played on many beaches and had a ride on a funicular and heritage railway! So much still to do tho, sadly not enough time to do it all - so we will have to come back!! Thank you so much for having us, its always a good sign if it tugs at your heart to leave.

Really enjoyable stay. Our family loved the house and the location. The house is beautiful and really made the difference for our holiday. The downstairs kitchen area is a great space and made meal times fun and enjoyable. Cinema room was then a great place to just relax in the evenings. The house just felt luxurious and it's clear that a lot of time and thought was put into it! Plenty to do in the local area as well, which was nice as we didn't have to drive much once we arrived. Whilst our visit was not really for sightseeing, I would highly recommend Susan’s lovely home for anyone wishing to explore Taunton & the surrounding area. The house is beautifully kept with lovely character features. It is so spacious inside & very generously fitted out with delightful period furniture & a well-equipped kitchen. The small challenge of on-road parking turned out not to be an issue as we easily found spaces in the streets close by. I would highly recommend Sidwick House

We stayed here over the Bank Holiday weekend & had a lovely time visiting family nearby. Peter’s house was very handy for both the town centre & our nephew’s home. We were able to park in the next street along & actually walked everywhere for the rest of our stay. Peter left a comprehensive guide to tell us everything we needed to know. The house was spacious, everything was spotlessly clean & we felt very much at home there. We wouldn’t hesitate to book the house again when we next visit Taunton.

Glastonbury was magic and Delia's house was close to everything and very convinient as a tourist on foot, everything was walking distance. Delia was helpful with everything we needed and with solving a problem when it arose - very trustable and friendly. Thank you for the stay!
