The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. The Kite Beach House is a brand new home only 2 minute's walk from the northern end of Cocoplum Beach, Exuma, one of the loveliest beaches on earth. Kite pristine waters or just lounge on the beach. Short walk to several bars and restaurants. The property is fully solar-powered and features soaring ceilings, oversized glass sliding doors, polished concrete walls and warm stained wood. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, heated (extra charge) pool, hot tub, home theatre and widow's walk deck.

High Tide - lovely ocean view escape

High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or planning a trip for the entire family, our amazing beach villas are just what you're looking for. Surrounded by a private beach, you can wake up to the sound of therapeutic waves. The bedrooms are equipped with king/queen sized beds on the second floor and a queen-size pull-out couch downstairs. The villas are equipped with A/C, WIFI, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, along with a patio area with grill for outside dining.
