The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Please note the bed is a small double not a full sized double and there is a trainline that runs behind us. Free Netflix, parking and kitchen appliances including an air fryer.

A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

Our modern Annexe is located next door to our main home. It has its own private access and parking to the front. Ideally located for easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway network and close to Rivervale Barn, Warbrook House & The Elvetham wedding venues. There are three very good Pubs within walking distance, all do superb food. All local amenities are close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within close driving distance.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, stylish self contained studio space, with private patio. Studio is detached from the main property in the garden of a family home. Farnham town centre/railway station is a 20 minute walk away. Trains to London Waterloo are just under the hour. 3 lovely pubs, namely The Bat and Ball, Spotted Cow and The Fox all within walking distance. Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds very nearby.

Beautiful, well appointed studio annexe in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. South Warnborough is a wonderful place to base yourself for a short stay, nestled in the quiet, rolling countryside of Southern England but with easy access to London and to the South West. The hideaway is comfortable, well-equipped lodge built at the bottom of our garden. It has been positioned so that all the windows and doors look onto your own section of garden or into the woods to ensure guests have absolute privacy and sense that they are surrounded by nature.
