The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

"The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. Stay in our beautiful orchard room, nestled snuggly in the ancient orchard, which is home to some wonderful wildlife. This can be enjoyed from the terrace or whilst having a soak in the bath. Based in West Sussex we are a fantastic base for exploring the South Downs, Surrey Hills or just a ramble to one of our village pubs!
