Dating back to 1811, our beautiful barn is the perfect location for families, couples, foodies, golfers and nature lovers alike! Close to the stunning North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, this is a great base for exploring and visiting the local attractions. Whether it's a romantic mini-break, a holiday with the kids, or a base for exploring, The Barn offers a characterful, clean & comfortable retreat (and we have a great pub just down the road!) Flint Cottage, is an old cosy Norfolk Cottage with modern home comforts, managed by Timeout Escapes. Hand built kitchen, modern showers, oak doors, wooden floors and shutters, wood burner, Garden, Garage for car/bike storage and parking for 3 cars on the drive . The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.
