Great property to visit Jacksonville. Will definitely be visiting again. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our visit!!

We had a wonderful stay with kids. I could do my my jogging and sports in the morning at the park where is very close to the house. Very comfortable bedrooms, each with their osn bathrooms. Everything is thought for the comfort and joy. Beach umbrellas, chairs were ready, and even toys for the kids. I definitely recommend the location as well.

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

Beautiful home just as described. Very clean. Wonderful pool. Great communication with host. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Shortly after arriving to the Fancy Dancy, I accidentally locked the door. Unsure of how the lock truly worked, I locked myself out. After reaching out to Tim to let him know of the situation, he was super friendly. He said no problem he can come right over to reset the lock. And he did. He was amazing. He checked on us throughout my trip. One of the best birthday getaways.

Our stay at Dusty’s home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless the check-in was easy, the space was spotless, and every little detail had been thought of to make the stay comfortable. They put up a birthday banner and balloons to help celebrate with us our daughter’s birthday. The home looked exactly like the pictures and it’s in a good location it was quiet, safe, and close to the beach. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor games were fun! The indoor games were fun too! The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, local guidebooks, extra towels. Communication with Dusty was excellent, they were quick to respond, very friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you again for opening up your home to us.

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

I had an amazing stay here! The home was cozy, clean, and decorated so cute. And the neighborhood around it is just as charming! Dawn was very helpful and friendly, and gave me some great recommendations for things to do in the area. I’d definitely stay here again! :)

From the time we arrived, the host was very responsive and was concerned about our needs. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, the beds were super comfy, and it was very peaceful. I miscalculated the dates we needed to stay, and the host was super gracious to let us stay another night. We will definitely stay there again!

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. This place was AMAZING!!!!! The views of the beach were beautiful. We would definitely love to stay again, hopefully that will be soon. I came to visit my Navy son and his wife. It was our first time meeting her and they visited us and loved the place as well. It was so peaceful and quiet....HOME AWAY FROM HOME 💜

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Kristi is a gem of a person and her place is so lovely! She has so many sweet little touches for you! That porch is heavenly and the location is primo with being able to walk a short distance to the beach on a hidden little trail. I love it all. I will be back I am sure.
