Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

Lenore was hands down the best Airbnb hostess I’ve ever encountered and I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs. She was so helpful and when we did have a minor sliding door situation, she was QUICK to come smooth it out and because of that there was no major inconvenience! I really appreciated that since we did use the pool a lot. I love how clean the pool was and how many towels & kitchen supplies that she had already in there. Her beds & couch was super comfy! I will definitely be back.

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

Joshua was very responsive. The house is spacious with plenty of seating options and lots of fenced in yard to let the dogs play. The pool was a great space for us to enjoy the beautiful weather and celebrate my son’s 16th birthday.

This place was gorgeous and comfortable! The beds were great which is what we look for. The private pool was incredible! The hosts, David and Tracy were wonderful!

We had a great stay with our dogs! The fenced in yard is great. Our dogs loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was close to the beach. About a 10+ minute drive just depending on traffic.

My family and I came down to vacation for the week. We were new to the Pensacola area. The property was perfect and the pictures matched the description! beautiful home, pool was perfect for lazy afternoons after a morning at the beach! (just a short quick drive to pensacola beach) had a great time and would stay here again if ever in the area!

We booked a last minute visit to Pensacola to see our daughter and we were happy to find this place in such short notice. It’s a cute house and had everything we needed for a few days. They even had some beach gear for use too.

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

Mike is a great host. He was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described. This was the best stocked Airbnb we have ever had, plenty of linens, the kitchen had plenty of supplies including spices. We had plenty of space for our large group. Highly recommend 😊

Wonderful beach house !!! Afua gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants for our kids and her house was perfect . Perfect location , kid friendly , cute inside . We had a wonderful stay !!!!! Would recommend 10/10.

We loved staying at this cute, new home and enjoyed riding the bikes around with my eleven-year-old nephew. We took a walk/bike ride to a nearby park and to get ice cream. When I discovered the latch on the gate was broken, the owners were responsive and came out to fix it. The house was very comfortable and had great amenities. I really appreciated having a fenced backyard space for my two dogs. I definitely recommend this home!

The house was wonderful. It was nicely decorated, clean, and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.

Emma was such a great host! We had a wonderful time and my kids LOVED the “vacation house”, as they kept calling it. 🤣 The house was very spacious, and my kids really enjoyed the big beds they got to sleep in! I was worried about feeling odd staying at someone else’s house, but it was so welcoming, I had no problem! The beach was only a five minute drive and it was one of the prettiest beaches I’ve ever been to! We will definitely be back!

Stunningly beautiful, clean, and most of all very accommodating home. Linda communicated well and was able to troubleshoot a minor issue within minutes. The home was spacious, with great decor. Linens and furniture were clean and in good taste. Entry was super easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We may be coming back every year.

We loved the little “beach house” as my kids called it. The pool was awesome! We came in August and we really expected it to be like a bath tub but it was cool every day. The outside area has so much charm! Marietta was awesome during our stay. The mixer had gone missing and she had one delivered so I could make birthday cupcakes for my son. (Also the person that provides a mixer in their airbnb is legit ) We hope we can return again next year and use the “beach house”

Blair’s place was awesome! Perfect space and location. Close to the beach! Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Blair was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The pool and the deck outside was a hit... we loved all the supplies we had..

⸻ We had a great stay at Christian’s place! The house was very nice with fun, boho decor—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. I especially loved the extra cozy blankets in the family room, which made it feel extra homey. We had a small delay getting in, but Christian responded quickly and everything went smoothly from there. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The location was super convenient—Publix was just about a mile away, and it was an easy drive to the beaches in Perdido. We were also only about 15 minutes from the Naval base, which was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again!

The house and location was amazing! There were 10 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly! It was in an awesome location, really close to the beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of the house and the neighborhood. Michael was very communicative and helpful with any questions that we had during our stay! Awesome week!

Location is perfect!!! Minutes to white, sand beaches!!! Close to stores and restaurants. Fully fenced backyard. We absolutely loved to stay at Olga’s house, it’s a nice, brand new house, lots of space, beautifully designed, very clean, fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Leon's! It is very close to many wonderful places to visit in the Pensacola area. Great beaches, restaurants, hikes, car rides... The house was very well equipped for what we used it for and we enjoyed coming "home" after a long day out. Beds were also very comfortable. :)
