Mon séjour chez Najiba a été tout simplement inoubliable. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec une chaleur et une gentillesse rares. Najiba est une hôte exceptionnelle, d’une bienveillance et d’une générosité remarquables, toujours disponible et attentive au moindre détail pour rendre l’expérience parfaite. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, offrant un accès immédiat à toutes ses merveilles. Quant à la maison, elle est un véritable joyau : d’une propreté impeccable, décorée avec un goût exquis et baignée d’une atmosphère à la fois élégante et apaisante. Chaque instant passé ici a été un pur bonheur. Si je pouvais attribuer plus d’étoiles, je le ferais sans hésiter ! Une adresse d’exception que je recommande mille fois !

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Fès, en grande partie grâce à l’accueil irréprochable de Farouk, d’une disponibilité et d’une gentillesse rares. Le logement est magnifiquement décoré, très bien équipé et d’une propreté impeccable. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui nous a permis de rejoindre facilement la médina, la ville nouvelle et les centres commerciaux. L’accès à l’aéroport est également direct, ce qui est très pratique. Merci infiniment à Farouk pour son hospitalité : grâce à lui, nos vacances à Fès ont été tout simplement parfaites !

je veux remercier amin pour l'accueil, c'est une personne réactive hyper gentille et serviable, l'appartement est propre bien ranger et facile à trouver, les équipements propre complètement ainsi il est équipé par un WIFI rapide. je recommande !!

Mostafa est un hôte très disponible, ponctuel et réactif. Nous avons aimé séjourné chez lui, l’appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très tranquille. Un bon nombre de restaurants et commerces de toute sorte se trouvent à proximité. Merci pour les petites attentions laissées à disposition!

Schoon, goed uitgerust en georganiseerd, dicht bij alle voorzieningen, moskee, koffiesnack, de host mevrouw meriam erg mooi beschikbaar en ontvankelijk, ik raad deze plek " geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding" aan parkeren voor het gebouw toegankelijk en weg van het verkeer, zie je de volgende keer inchallah

Hôte impeccable, très réactif et accueillant. La maison était propre, bien équipée et conforme à l’annonce. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Un séjour très agréable, je recommande sans hésiter !

séjour magique , Houda était présente a distance pour répondre à toutes nos questions ! quant a saidaa et Houda deux rencontres humaines exceptionnelles soucieuses du bien être des hôtes et d'une discrétion incroyable. voyage magique , riad majestueux au milieu de la medina dans un endroit exceptionnelle. une parenthèse hors du temps avec des lieux à proximité et accessibles. le guide conseillé était aussi formidable. lieu propre et paisible encore merci. pour ce moment magnifique !

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem BnB in Fez war einfach traumhaft! Von der ersten Minute an habe ich mich willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer Atmosphäre, die absolute Ruhe und Entspannung ausstrahlt. Eine Menge Geschichte steckt in dem Haus Die Lage ist ideal – nah genug, um die faszinierende Stadt zu erkunden, aber gleichzeitig ein ruhiger Rückzugsort fernab vom Trubel. Besonders begeistert hat mich der charmante Innenhof, in dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich und mit frischen, lokalen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man sich super entspannen. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab tolle Tipps und sorgte dafür, dass es mir an nichts fehlte. Ich kann dieses BnB jedem empfehlen, der in Fez eine Oase der Ruhe sucht. Ich komme definitiv wieder! Kommen definitiv wieder

We spent 4 amazing nights in these Riad and we’ve loved to stroll around all the narrow streets of Medina, since the Riad is in the Medina’s heart. It was probably an ancient family house with 3 rooms (and 3 bathrooms now!) with a common central luminous space. Equipped with all you need for a comfy stay. Big rooms and a lot of space: we’ve stayed with our two kids and they love the place too. We found very useful to have washing machine and drying machine in the apartment. We were incredibly surprised since in the night it was really quiet and silent, despite being in the heart of the city.

The Riad is fantastic! Mohammed and his sister are very nice and communicate really well. 100% recommended!

Ich habe noch nie in so einem schönen Haus gewohnt. Eine sehr besondere Erfahrung für mich. Es ist traditionell gebaut, hat wunderschöne Fliesen, geht über zwei Stockwerke inklusive einer Dachterrasse. Es gibt viel Platz, auch für mehrere Personen (3 Schlafzimmer). Dafür ist der Preis absolut angemessen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Medina, wenn man noch nie da war ist es anfangs nicht ganz einfach sich zurecht zu finden, aber Hamza holt einen ab und zeigt einem den Weg, sodass es kein Problem ist. Es gibt einen guten und sicheren Parkplatz am Rand der Medina. Hamza ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und super gut erreichbar. Er weiß viel über die Geschichte und Orte in Fés. Da die Waschmaschine während meines Aufenthalts kaputt war, hat Hamza kurzer Hand eine gute alternative organisiert. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würde wieder kommen, um Freunde mitzubringen :)

Me and my 3 sisters had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Riad. Clare sent us all the information we needed prior to arrival which was very helpful. When we checked in, we were wowed. The property was so much nicer than the photos! The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the rooftop was a lovely place for breakfast and reading. But the true highlight was the house manager Zahrae whose kindness, generosity and help made our stay so special. Selma and Hasna's cooking was also incredible. The two dinners we had at the Riad were our favourite meals in Fes. Overall we had such a wonderful stay. The Riad is very well located, safe, cosy, clean and is managed by wonderful women. I hope to stay again one day.

We enjoyed it a lot in this beautiful Riad. Really really friendly team, beautiful rooms and in the middle of the old town!

Schönes Riad mit sehr netten Hosts. Mahmoud hat uns sehr flexibel am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt und zum Riad gebracht, sehr freundlich und in keinster Weise aufdringlich. Seine Mutter hat an einem Abend auf unseren Wunsch eine Tajine mit uns zusammen gekocht, die sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Jeden Morgen wurde zur vorher vereinbarten Zeit ein Frühstück zubereitet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Riad und die Betreuung wärmstens empfehlen.

Le logement est conforme au descriptif, Kamal est un hôte réactif et disponible. L’équipement de la cuisine est complet et l’appartement est propre. Le top reste la piscine qui est vraiment un bonheur sous la chaleur torride de Fes. Je recommande.

a very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, there is a lot of construction but the sound was hardly noticeable it's definitely an up and coming neighborhoo, very peaceful and the people were gentle.

Monsieur Jaafar nous a accordé un bon accueil. Nous avons trouvé la maison très propre et bien meublée. La cuisine est également bien équipée. Le quartier est calme, sécurisé et propre. Avec un parking gardé 24H/24. Pas loin un grand supermarché et des commerces et restaurants de proximité. Je recommande vivement Maison Jaafar à tous les voyageurs.

Mehdi est un super hôte Son appartement est très authentique, très propre , la décoration super belle . Les lits sont impeccable on y dort bien c est très confortables. Je me souviendrais de son adresse si un jour je retourne sur Fes pour retourner chez lui . Le meilleur rbnb à prix raisonnable que j ai trouver au Maroc donc n’hésitez pas prenez ici 👈

I had an amazing stay! The place is even better than the pictures—so clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooftop view is absolutely stunning, offering a great perspective of the medina. Just a heads-up: the room is on the top floor (I believe it’s the 3rd or 4th floor), and there’s no elevator. If you’re carrying heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a challenge, but it’s totally worth it for the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a cozy stay with breathtaking views!
