fantastic stay away for my partners 40th Birthday celebrations. Very cosy and tucked away with breathtaking views of Elie. Fiona was a great host. We shall be back in the near future.

Lovely cottage, gorgeous scenery and so quiet and peaceful!

We were looking for a total peaceful break, clear instructions on how to use amenities, hot tub was really clean and really warm so enjoyed hours relaxing in it! Thank you Ainslie ❤️

The house was very homely and had all required amenities plus some extras such as cleaning products, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Very well designed cottage making the best possible use of quite a small space - with both a shower room and bathroom , utility room as well as kitchen/living space and the patio with hot tub. Although near to the High Street with a range of takeaways and a superb butcher (Hunters) the cottage is in a very quiet street. The nearby Curate Wynd free car park was very handy and we could unload from there. Although Dawn and Darren were away Dawn was on hand to answer any queries. We had a great three day break - spending the days at the RSPB Nature Reserve in stunning weather. We ate out one night at the Balgedie Toll Tavern - highly recommended for great food and very good service.

The cottage was just as described and set in a beautiful location with wonderful views out to sea, just a 5 minute drive to the centre of St Andrews. Super clean and a lovely welcome basket for a dog (even though we didn't have one), only downside was no welcome basket for the humans! If you're coming to stay and wany to experience local places to eat I would recommend booking in advance.

Lovely one night stay at Weavers Cottage. Stay was exactly as described and it being right on the beach was great for us as we visited with our dog, who enjoyed the early morning walk in particular. Peaceful location and all amenities as described. Nice touch that we had milk from Caron for a brew when we arrived. Good instructions were given from Caron and the cottage was lovely, warm and cosy inside. Should we ever be in that neck of the woods we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. This was our second stay at the cottage and had a lovely time. Cozy, with everything you could possibly need and having the log fire is a bonus. The location is perfect for us as it is close to family but staying on a working farm is also fun to see everything going on. Would definitely stay again.

This relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful place was just what weary travelers needed! Natalie was warm and welcoming, and the apartment was super conveniently located in the village. We enjoyed eating at the Crail Harbor Gallery, wandering the village and seaside, and then coming home to sit by the wood stove.

Beautifully quaint bolthole! The Cupboard is a utterly lovely place in Elie, literal stonesthrow from the beach, where our dog and us had a magical time. Tiny but expertly laid out, and efficiently uses the space so you feel super at home. We love it and will defo be back

We had a super stay at Wemyss Estate. We felt very much at home, & enjoyed the local walks on the Estate and Fife Coastal Path, & further afield.

Our third stay at Val's place and it was as gorgeous as before. She's a fantastic host and the location is perfect. All the amenities you'd need.

We stayed at this idyllic cottage for four nights. It is very well equipped, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The host has considered every need. The cottage is in an excellent location with great beaches, woodland walks, and St Andrews, all on the doorstep and within easy access. We have stayed in self- catering accommodation in Fife on previous occasions, but this one was by far the best for location and comfort. The only things we feel could improve this cottage would be facilities outside to clean dogs and a few more coathangers. We would love to stay here again.

Spent a lovely couple of days at the cottage with our family - myself , husband and 2 children ages 7 and 11 over the Easter holidays . The place was fantastic , furnished to a high standard , clean and had everything we needed for a cosy stay. Rooms were much larger than we anticipated with very comfy beds - We loved the wood burn stove to sit round at night and appreciated all the little touches likes tea, coffee etc and selection of books and games. Host was in touch prior to the stay and the whole booking was seamless and helpful. Only thing we felt could be improved was the shower - the water pressure was very low. A wonderful stay - we would Stay again and recommend to others a great central base for exploring St Andrews and the costal side of Fife with everything within 10-15 min drive .

The cottage is beautiful, very week equipped and has everything you need for a stay away from home. The log burner is so cosy and the water pressure in the shower is amazing! We loved our stay and communication was fantastic. Hope to come back again soon xx

Cottage is in a great location with easy walk to town centre, swingpark and harbour. Kitchen/sitting area is great for having everyone in one area and the garden is lovely. The cottage was well stocked with everything you could need from kitchen equipment and outdoor items including badminton rackets and football (oh and a wee dog bed I found in hall cupboard). Beds were comfy and the rooms had great blackout blinds (which are sometimes lacking in other places). Would definitely use again and recommend to families.

Charming cottage with large bedrooms and well-appointed kitchen just a few minutes’ walk away from the busiest streets of St Andrews. Lovely garden too. Wifi worked well. Very well heated. Spotless house. Lots of parking on the street. Also more spaces in the parking lot half a minute’s walk away. Arlene is very friendly and so helpful, and she definitely went the extra mile in helping us. 🥹

We stayed in multiple locations during our trip around Scotland and this was by far our favorite. Clean, welcoming, and picturesque are only a few words to describe this fairytale location. It is rural which is a wonderful way to be apart of the Scottish country side. We would live there if allowed. Gorgeous!!! Thank you again!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 3 nights for my partners birthday and can honestly say we enjoyed every single minute. From meeting with Nick the host at check in he was friendly informative and welcoming. To the amazing scenery and amnesties with the beautiful animals. The quality of duvets, towels and bed sheets were amazing! We felt so cozy,comfortable and at home throughout our full stay. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Cozy living room with smart tv was a great addition. Beds were extremely comfortable and curtains were black out so a great night sleep was had. Shower was great pressure and beautiful aaran aromatics body wash shampoo ect all supplied. Spotlessly clean property throughout. We can’t fault our stay at all and cannot wait to return! Thank you for everything Nick!

Loved our stay here. Shona was the perfect host, very responsive and thoughtful. The cottage is so warm and cosy, it had everything we needed. The view onto the beach is wonderful and it’s just a stones throw from the brilliant Ship Inn. Elie itself is very pretty and with all the little fishing villages nearby to visit too, it makes for a fabulous base. I’ll definitely be back!
