Findhorn offers life at a slower pace surrounded by warm friendly people and Dilkusha offers easy walking access to the waterfront/local amenities.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Kimberley House, Findhorn

Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Osprey Hide

A unique and peaceful get away awaits you at ‘Osprey Hide’. Our converted steading has open views over farmland and woodland that stretch over Findhorn Bay. This is a great spot to watch the Moray Ospreys as they range over the Bay. Outside you will find a private spa tub, patio and BBQ area. We are close to Forres and Findhorn Bay is a short walk / bike ride from the door. There are lovely country walks all around us.
