Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Kalk Bay Hamster House

A beautiful one-bedroom apartment in the picturesque town of Kalk Bay. An amazing space if you are on holiday or a business trip. Situated 25m from the main road and walking distance from many delicious restaurants. This apartment has its own fully functioning kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a storm or you could order food and sit by the fire for an evening in. It also has its own private courtyard with shutter doors that can be opened all the way to invite the outside in.

Sea Views Oceans Echo Luxury villa

Hi, I’m Yvette I’ve been hosting guests at my villa since 2007. Ocean’s Echo is my home-away-from-home - a piece of paradise in Cape Town’s Southern Peninsula, that has views spanning the entire False Bay coastline, from Simon’s Town to Muizenberg. I’ve lived in Cape Town my entire life and am able to offer advice, give ideas for itineraries, and provide insider tips on restaurants and attractions in the Mother City. It is private and secluded, ideal for those seeking a getaway.

Windsor House

Windsor House, recently restored by Genevieve and Peter, on the first floor of the building, is an exquisite 19th century apartment situated in the absolute heart of Kalk Bay village, overlooking the lively and historic Kalk Bay Harbour. With grand views across the azure sea of False Bay to the magnificent Hottentots Holland mountain range, Windsor House is a treat. We have just added a strong inverter and batteries to the establishment. This provides power back up during load shedding.

The upstairs offers spectacular ocean views with a big open plan bathroom. Downstairs is the perfect setting for dinners around the dining table leading onto the open plan kitchen. The downstairs double bedrooms share a bathroom and the front bedroom has beautiful sea views. While the downstairs deck is great for sundowners. Situated 45 minutes from Cape Town’s city centre.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

If you want a true getaway surrounded by nature with endless sea views yet be close to all that Cape Town has to offer, then look no further. Our cottage is the perfect escape, for a weekend or to write that novel that you need to bring into the world. In the winter cuddle up in front of the cozy fire place and watch the whales ad dolphins, and in the summer enjoy BBQs on the decks.
