The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Huset har 2 etager, et praktiskt kök og fint bad. 3 soverom, med soveplass til 4-6 personer. Stuen er møblert med spisebord, sofa, og fra stuen har man tilgang til en stor veranda med sol hele dagen. Huset ligger 600m fra trafikkert vei, så det er veldig stille. Oppleves som veldig idyllisk. Et perfekt sted hvis man ønsker en avslappende ferie.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.
