Nice room with a beautiful view to the beach. Place was very convenient as there's a fairly priced Tiki bar downstairs just steps from the beach. We had our hot water not heating up enough and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Barry was a gracious and generous host. Very responsive and helpful. His rental was actually better than described.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

I truly appreciated how responsive and accommodating you were—every time I had a question, you got back to me so quickly. Our stay was comfortable and seamless, and we had a wonderful trip thanks to your hospitality. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Karen was a great host and her condo is very nice. Anyone looking for a quiet get away will enjoy staying here. If we return to Daytona Beach, we will definitely re-visit this location!

What a lovely place for my family and I to stay! It was only a few blocks to the beach . And only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was prompt and clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Great place to stay for a weekend trip to NSB! It's located right on Flagler above a shopping plaza. Great space, super clean, lots of extra goodies to take to the beach (chairs, boogie boards, etc) and had everything we needed. We kept our car in the designated spot all weekend and walked / rented bikes to get around since it's in such a prime location. The only issue we had was there is only one designated parking spot, so if you are going to have more than one car you have to find street parking off of Flagler which can be a bit tough depending on the time of day so something to keep in mind!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Second time staying at this unit, and despite the weather making the beach a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely pay attention where you're stepping-- the "Beware of Snakes" signs on the lawn are there for a reason. The hurricane probably displaced a few from their normal homes, but there was a tiny rattlesnake on the walkway our first day, so be especially careful if you're got your fur babies with you.

This owner went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The location was fantastic and the condo was just as pictured. She had everything you needed and things you didn't even think about. Everyone was impressed. The accommodations were above and beyond. Its located right in the middle of everything and the view was amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other or enough space to be alone at times. The only negative was the balcony is open to the next one so not really private but nothing that owners could do about that. The unit was everything we expected and so much more.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Nice view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was gorgeous. They though of every detail, too. The only thing...the weather was a bit chilly and the condo's pool heater was broken. Not possible to control everything, of course. The management company was incredibly responsive.

This is the best condo on the best beach in the country!! Carrie is a wonderful, accommodating, and friendly host and we had the best time. Everything was clean and well-stocked, and the beds and pillows were very comfy! We look forward to coming back next year! Thank you!

the condo was perfect! it's location was great for walking to stores and activities. it really made our vacation enjoyable. our AC was on the fritz when we arrived but Joe and Amanda were great with having someone come look at ASAP and had it working just fine in no time.
