Im Turmhaus befindet sich im OG. noch eine weitere Fer.Wohng.. Stadt und Hafen sind zu Fuß in 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Fußmarsch zum Heider Zentrum/Marktplatz und ist sehr günstig als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge im Moor, Wald und für Fahrradtouren. Räder können untergestellt und das Auto direkt vor der Haustür geparkt werden.
