A 15 mins. en carro del Aeropuerto y de la destilería Crab Island Rum donde podrás disfrutar de buena música, comida y donde podrás degustar del primer ron elaborado desde cero en nuestra Isla. En otra ruta a 15 mins. encontrarás el Balneario Sun Bay y el Malecón de la Esperanza lugar de alto interés turístico.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally-located property 1.5 miles from the ferry terminal. You'll find groceries, gas stations, food trucks and Avis within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!

The restroom and large outdoor shower room are steps away and offer a private outdoor shower experience. Ac in room is super cold with queen bed with breathable memory foam mattress provide cozy feel. Beach chairs ,towels, and snorkel masks included. Parking on-site. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.
