This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Small home built in 1875 close to Middle Raccoon River. It is six blocks to downtown shops, grocery and restaurants. New, updated walking and biking trails; river access in the park for canoes/kayaks within 300 yards from front door. Access to White Rock Conservancy trails. Coon Rapids also has a 9-hole golf course and a large city park with ball fields and pool. We offer off street parking. Garage available for bicycles. Contact host. Home was built in 1918 and we have kept a lot of the original craftsmanship and charm. Vintage doors and flooring. A 5 minute drive to the Twin Lakes boat ramp, plenty of room for all of your toys. Boats, trailers, fifth wheel will all fit on this acre lot in quiet Jolley. Pheasant hunters and their dogs are welcome. Lots of great public hunting in Calhoun county. Great place to vacation in the summer or if you're looking to work remote for a week there is a dedicated work area and Wifi.

It features a king bed with a gas fireplace, a copper air tub with drapes for privacy, a second bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a cute kitchen for your needs. The bathroom shower has field stone walls with a toasty heated pebble floor. Warm weather will have you outside enjoying the rock water feature surrounded by wisteria vines.

Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

The Whiteboard Retreat

This unique upstairs apartment known as "The Whiteboard Retreat” features whiteboards on the walls for a true schoolhouse feel. Hilltop Hospitality House

Remodeled split-entry "Hilltop Hospitality House" was my childhood home. One hour from Omaha in the lovely Loess Hills, with beautiful lake and valley views, (sleeps ten). Three queen beds, one double bed, one sofa sleeper, full kitchen, two full baths, laundry, a spacious open floor plan for large groups, and a large deck overlooking my friendly hometown, this is a great space for groups and family gatherings. Nice studio apartment above the garage rents separately.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.
