This is a newly renovated, top floor, one bedroom condo in Ptarmigan Ridge with views of the slope. Drive in/out and 100 yards to ski in/out. The living room has a propane fireplace and a new chaise sofabed with a 49" LED Smart TV wall mounted with cable TV and Blu-Ray Player. The bedroom has two new pillow-top single beds that can be made up separately or pushed together. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Locker room on ground floor for easy, secure storage of equipment.

It is ten min. walk to swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking at kid-friendly Sandy Beach, or a 15 min. walk down to an ocean beach and Mansons Lagoon. Friday Market and Cortes Museum are a short stroll away.

This custom timber frame chalet has been rebuilt from the ashes of the old chalet that was originally built in the 80's. Basecamp Chalet gives guests the opportunity to gaze over Strathcona Park, watch the sunrises, sunsets, and moonscapes, and have a the perfect spot to experience storm watching and the snow flakes fall. Walking and hiking trails right outside the front door. A perfect getaway in any season. You will be renting the upper main two floors of the chalet.
