We had the loveliest of times at The Poet’s House. The location is amazing, private, surrounded by nature but close to all we needed. The house is so beautiful, peaceful and has incredible energy, it’s beautifully decorated making it a very pleasant environment to rest and relax. The beds were very comfortable, lots of amenities, complete kitchen, extra pillows and towels, etc. The best thing is the hosts! Always responsive and kind, flexible, very helpful and welcoming. We would love to stay here again.

My family spent a very comfortable month in Rajan’s home. Home is 7 mins from Wake Forest Baptist on a peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked (we did a lot of cooking) and Rajan is very responsive and helpful. Grocery store, Ardmore coffee shop and Gingerbread Bakery are 5 mins away. Costco, Target and many restaurants are 10 mins away. Lots of parks and places to walk your dog too. Highly recommend this home, especially if you need a longer term stay in Winston Salem.

We had a wonderful stay! A family member's procedure at Wake Forest Baptist brought us to town, and this location proved to be very convenient for hospital visits. The host's responsiveness was impressive, as they promptly replied to all our messages. If we are ever in the area we will definitely return!

We had a wonderful day and were even greeted by a thoughtful, thank you card and bottle of wine. The homeless spotless, well appointed and beautiful. It was a lovely surprise to find Native brand, body wash shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. A quiet, comfortable stay and a solid five stars . Thank you !

House was as nice as we remembered. Great location for walking the dog in the park and around the cool neighborhood. (Also took advantage of the tennis courts.) Fenced back yard was great, too. Kitchen very well equipped. Bed too comfy and towels too fluffy — hubby wants to upgrade ours when we get home LOL.😂 Looking forward to our next visit!

I stayed for 5 weeks at Suzana’s Airbnb. It is a big house with a fenced yard which was perfect for my dog and I. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans available for cooking. I stayed during the cold weather and the heat worked very well. The shower also had excellent water pressure…better than in my own house. Yolanda, the co host was very prompt in returning my calls as necessary and when I had to extend my stay, she did it quickly and effortlessly. The neighborhood is great, very very safe and quiet. While located in the western part of Winston-Salem, it is close to Wake Forest and downtown.

Terrific stay in town, we needed a place to stay for our family during some home renovations and Chad‘s place was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out with family, lots to do in the home and a very tranquil back porch! Feels very private and secluded, but you’re minutes away from many local favorite spots. Chad was extremely responsive and helpful!

Made our stay in Winston-Salem comfortable and stress free. Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, private but not secluded. Host was super responsive, we even decided to extend our trip and he was super helpful and responsive when it came to that! Beautiful place, loved it!

This condo was an amazing place to stay. Check in was super easy and quick. The space was spacious and clean. It was also quiet throughout the day and night. My sibling and I had a good time staying here and recommend it. The hosts were very communicative and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

The apartment was absolutely stunning!! It truly felt like you were staying in a showroom! Every inch was thoughtfully designed! The kitchen and living area is spacious with lots of appliances and plenty of room for a group to cook and hangout! The host was also very kind and responsive! Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was just as described! I was in town for my son's Parents' Weekend at HPU and I booked this spot for my husband and me to stay. My husband got sick at the last minute, so I was so thankful to have a place that felt cozy and safe for my time there alone. They really do have everything that you could think of! I felt right at home and even fell asleep (for a little while) on the couch with the cozy throw blankets. The bed was super-comfortable with soft sheets. I did not hear any noises from the upstairs home. The street parking is well-lit and I had no problem parking right by the walkway to the entrance. Everything was very clean! The bathroom was newly renovated and I particularly liked the wall heater and the cute basketweave tile. There was a lovely basket of snacks on my arrival and even a bottle of wine from a local winery! I hope that my husband will be able to join me at the Carolina Cottage on our next visit to HPU! Thanks for letting me stay!

Matthew is exactly what u want in a host & this apartment is perfect for a couple, single, or small family. All my needs were met & check in/out was a breeze. Stay in plenty of air bnb’s n greensboro & i must say this apartment is my favorite so far. up to date, clean & plenty of space. already planning a return trip here in the future. 5/5

Selden was a great host! He communicated quickly, checked in on me, and made adjustments to the temperature quickly. The space is great and perfect for one or two people. It was clean and had everything I needed. The check-in was easy and the instructions were spot on. I stayed at Selden's place for 9 weeks and would stay there again as well as recommend it to everyone.
