Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal, just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy morning strolls along the shore and sunset views. The house itself is spacious with well-sized bedrooms. One of the highlights was the playroom for kids—it kept them entertained for hours and added an extra layer of fun to our vacation. The area is packed with activities and attractions, with Great Yarmouth just a short drive away. Whether you’re looking for family-friendly outings or relaxing by the seaside, this place ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend this property to families with children or anyone seeking a memorable coastal getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Kathryn’s and would definitely recommend. It was a perfect space for the whole family with all the amenities we needed plus was a walkable distance from town. Kathryn communicated promptly before and during our stay and recommended some lovely spots to visit in the town

Lovely accommodation, just like the photos. Very spacious living area with bedrooms off to the sides. All bedrooms are ensuite except for the twin which has an accessible wet room next to it.Lots of storage in bedrooms, wardrobe & 3 chests of drawers and nice new fluffy towels. The bathrooms were quite small, but large walk in showers. Kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of plates, cutlery etc. Sofas were very comfy & plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor space was perfect, big fenced in garden (which our dog loved!), large table and seating , 2 hanging chairs and nice lighting on the deck at night. Directly opposite was a reception area with a sauna and cinema room with games . We used the sauna a couple of times but it was rather complicated figuring out how to use the cinema!! We met Jacob on arrival & he was very friendly and helpful. Location is like a lot of Suffolk, quite remote, so you have to drive down narrow country lanes but easy to find. Very satisfactory, thank you!

lovely place everything you need is walking distance. would stay again if in thr area. Just a note if you go outside make sure you take the key with you as the door self locks.

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. Thank you Melissa, we’ll be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this glamping site! The hosts truly thought of everything—every little detail was so well considered. The place was spotless, peaceful, and had such a relaxing vibe. It’s a perfect getaway for families, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. Highly recommend and would love to come back!!

Stayed at Alex place with hubby sister & brother-in-law. Alex was very proactive with responses when we asked questions. The property was so easy to find. As soon as we all entered we felt right at home, open planned kitchen diner thats bright & airy. All the furniture & fittings were clean and comfy especially the beds. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to cook. The showers were lovely & clean, easy to use & plenty of hot water. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine on the outside table & chairs enjoying listening to the birds. One evening around 11pm we also heard an owl hooting nearby. At night it was very dark & so peaceful so a good nights sleep was had by us all. Whilst there we visited Bury St Edmunds, Jimmy's Farm, Kentwell Hall, Melford Hall, walked Alpacas, Hollow Trees Farm Shop and Sudbury Water Meadows as the property is so conveniently located to all. I would highly recommend Alex and his property. Thanks for a fantastic stay😃
