Entspannung pur am Puls Berlins. Seit vielen Jahren genießen wir das Leben auf dem Wasser und schon immer war es unser Wunsch, auch anderen diesen Lebensstil näher zu bringen. Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Die Villa Kersdorf liegt auf einem weitläufigen, idyllischen, sehr gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz - umgeben von Wäldern und Wasser. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

Abschalten und Erholen!

Gönn dir mal eine Pause! Schlagenthin ist ein kleiner Ort zum Erholen und Verweilen. Es befinden sich viele Seen im Umkreis, die man mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erkunden kann. Soll es in die Hauptstadt gehen, kein Problem, der Bahnhof ist mit 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Für kleine Kinder ist Willes Welt genau das Richtige. Ein großer Spielplatz und viele Tiere sind dort zu sehen.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow nicht weit entfernt, befinden sich Cafés , Restaurants und ein Eisladen mit eigener Herstellung.

Bosco to po włosku las. Nas oczarował otaczający las bukowy, który jest częścią rezerwatu przyrody z dwoma jeziorami o pięknym szmaragdowym kolorze wody. Graniczący z nami rezerwat przyrody, położony na terenie polodowcowym, urzeka ukształtowaniem terenu, kolorami zmieniającymi się przez cały rok i wspaniałymi widokami. To miejsce skłoniło nas do wybudowania domu w naturalnych technologiach, harmonizującego z otoczeniem, zaprojektowanego tak aby spędzanie czasu w nim było przyjemnością.

Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.

Na podwórku znajduje się oczko wodne, balia ogrodowa, sauna, hamak, huśtawka, leżaki, grill, miejsce na ognisko i akcesoria dla najmłodszych. W naszym wyposażeniu znajdziecie również rowery.

The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
